20 Minute Skill EMOM: (4 rounds)
- 1st Minute- 1 Rope Ascent (15′)
- 2nd Minute- 10 Back Extensions
- 3rd Minute- 10 Pushups
- 4th Minute- 50 second row(Perfect form)
- 5th Minute- Rest
Welcome to skill Thursday! We will again start off the class with some gymnastic ring work. After that we will get into some other skills that need attention. Climbing the rope is a great achievement and we will work towards that. Today we will bring into play some Glute Ham Developer work with the back extension. The GHD is awesome accessory work for most everything we do. Throw in some pushups to help us with Murph along with rowing technique work. This one you don’t want to miss!
