A sandwich wod!  Start off with an 800 meter run then work through 5 rounds of jerks(push/split) and pull-ups.  Finish out on the rower with 30 calories.  Stay as efficient as you can on the jerks so that you don’t have to drop the bar and clean it again.  Have fun!
