Run/Row with Two
Last Saturday we tackled the CFBC 12 Days of Christmas Wod by ourselves. Today you will get a partner to share in the fun(pain). The wod starts off with one partner running 800 meters and one rowing 1000 meters. Once both have completed their respective distances they will switch and complete again. For example: Kirk and Josh are partners. Kirk starts out running 800 meters, while Josh is rowing 1000 meters. Once both distances are complete they switch. Now, Josh is running 800m and Kirk is rowing 1000m. This will be the same for each run/row combo. The other two movements are “come and find out” movements. See you there!

For time:
- Run 800 Meters
- Row 1000 Meters
- 100 Jumping partner air squats
- Run 400 Meters
- Row 500 Meters
- 50 Partner pushups
- Run 200 Meters
- Row 250 Meters
