The Pr’s keep rolling in this month!  We saw lots of big jerk numbers.  You guys are awesome and getting stronger!   Today’s wod is going to be a fun one.  Run fast and consistently and quickly attack the rounds of barbell and box jump work.

Workout of the Day 5/30/13:

For Time:

Run 800 Meters

3 rounds:

  • 5 Ground to Overhead (155,105)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24,20)

Run 600 Meters

2 Rounds:

  • 5 Ground to Overhead
  • 15 Box Jumps

Run 400 Meters

1 Round:

  • 5 Ground to Overhead
  • 15 Box Jumps
