For Time:
- 400 Meter Run
- Rest 1 Minute
- 800 Meter Run
- Rest 2 Minutes
- 1200 Meter Run
- Rest 3 Minutes
- 1600 Meter Run
Today we get back out on the CFBC track to take down some laps. You will be starting out with 1 lap and adding a lap each round with some rest between. The final round is 4 laps or 1600 meters.
