Run and Deadlift
Friday, March 21, 2014:
- Run 800 Meters for time
Then,
- 10 minutes to build up to a 1 rep max deadlift
Then,
8 Rounds, Every minute on the minute:
- 2 Deadlifts at 70% of today’s 1 rep max
It is time to start filling in the benchmark boards! We will start with an 800 meter run for time today. After we warm up, go after this run like someone is chasing you(someone probably is). When the run is complete we will have a rest period and then begin some deadlifting for 1 rep maxes. Once you have your max for today we will finish out with an 8 round EMOM of deadlifts at 70% of your max lift. Have a great weekend!
