Our strength work today will be the strict press. You will build to a weight that you can do for 3 sets of 3. Your score will be the weight that you successfully pressed for 3 reps across all 3 sets. Our conditioning piece is all rowing. Row 1000 meter, 500 meters and 250 meters each for time. Rest as much as needed within the given time frame of the class.
