Row Fast and Run Hard!
As we saw at the CrossFit Games this year, CrossFit is not all barbells and pull ups. We have to challenge ourselves in many different pathways. We must be competent at all 10 general physical skills. Cardiorespiratory endurance is one of them and we will test that today. Row fast and run hard!
