Today is a great day to work on your rowing technique.  You don’t have to be super tall and strong to be a good rower.  If you improve your technique you can help to overcome those things that limit you.  If you are coming in the morning(6/7), Coach Poole will be here to help you with your handstands.  Wake up early and don’t miss out on some expert gymnastic coaching.  Alternately you can come see me in the evening for burpee tutorials :).  See you there!
