20 Minute AMRAP:
- 5 Power Cleans(165,115)(135,95)(95,65)
- 10 Hand Release Push-ups
- 15 Box Jumps(24,20)(step)
We are taking a break from the benchmarks today for this AMRAP. Although, every wod you do is potentially a benchmark. That is why it is important to always record your workouts with specifics like weights, time, box heights, etc. At some point these wods will come back around and it is nice to see your progress.
