Rolling and Climbing
***CFBC Endurance will now start at 5 pm instead of 5:15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays***
Its time to try something new! Two of the movements in today’s wod are gymnastic type movements that we haven’t incorporated yet. Don’t worry, we will have a scale for anyone that is not comfortable rolling and climbing.
Workout of the Day 3/26/13:

Seven rounds for time of:
- 3 Forward rolls
- 5 Wall climbs
- 7 Toes to bar
- 9 Box jumps (30,24)
For the wall climbs you will start flat on your stomach with the bottoms of your feet against the wall. From there you will walk your feet up the wall until your chest touches the wall and then back down for 1 rep.
