- Work up to a 1 rep max power clean
The first part of today’s class we will spend some time on the rings. Working on different progressions on the gymnastics rings is the April Gym Challenge. Take some time to work on each progression we give you. The rings will make you brutally strong and help your fitness efforts in many different ways. The second half we will be getting a 1 rep power clean that we will integrate into the new strength work.
