- 75 Double Unders(100 singles)
- 50 Air Squats
- 25 Push Press (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
- 800 Meter Run
Core/Accessory:
- 10 Turkish get ups, 5R/5L (Medium weight)
- 8 Good Mornings (AHAP)
This week will be a slight back off week on the squats. Next week a new cycle will start still following the Olympic biased program. It is really cool to see that in such a short time, you all are already stronger and your form in the Olympic lifts is improving. Keep it up!
