Regionals Event 6
Here is one of the workouts the competitors will be doing this weekend at the Regionals. The only difference is they will use an axle bar for the barbell portion. Camille Leblanc-Bazinet finished this in a blazing time of 8:08. Lets take a stab at it and see how we stack up!

2013 CrossFit Regionals Event 6:
- 100 Double Unders
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes to Bar
- 30 Shoulder to Overhead (160,100)
- 90′ Walking lunge w/bar in the rack position(160,100)
