- 21 Kettlebell Swings
- 12 Pullups
This workout was first introduced at the 2010 CrossFit Games. It is a variation of the benchmark workout “Helen”. After all of those heavy thrusters yesterday this will be a good break from the weight. Try to keep a steady pace at the start and pick up speed as you near the end.
