Welcome to a new and exciting CFBC week!  We are going to be doing some deloading this week on our lifts due to the last two weeks being filled with heavy 1 rep maxes and PR’s. Take time today to really focus on properly executing and perfecting your back squat while the weight is light.  Then, you can show off your front squat strength and skill with a little push, pull, push.
