- 100 Pullups(banded)(ring row)
- 1000 Meter Row (switch 500m)
- 100 Pushups
- 400 Meter Run(together)
- 50 Pullups
- 1000 Meter Row
- 50 Pushups
- 400 Meter Run
- 25 Pullups
- 1000 Meter Run
- 25 Pushups
- 400 Meter Run
Grab a buddy and hunker down to work your way through this one. Athletes can split up the pullups and pushups however they like. The row is split into 500’s and the run is completed together. Get this one done and then enjoy the rest of your weekend feeling accomplished!
