Snatch:
- 3 x 1 @ 70% 1 rm, pause for 2 seconds above the knee(start from the floor).
- 5 x 1 @ 80% 1 rm
Then,
- Work on handstand skills/drills
Today we are back to working on improving our Olympic lifting. Two weeks ago we did a 1 rep snatch so base your numbers off of that. The first sets that you will do will be pulled from the floor to just above your knee. Pause for two seconds and then pull the heck out of it. The last 5 sets will be full snatches from the floor. With the remaining time, work on the handstand drills we taught you last week. Feel free to mix in one or two other skills that need work as well.
