The start/setup and finish of all three lifts will be the same

  • Press: 1-1-1-1-1
  • Push Press: 3-3-3-3-3
  • Push Jerk: 5-5-5-5-5

This is a classic crossfit.com strength wod.  It has been around for a while now and really forces you to focus on your technique to get through.  You start out building to a 1 rep max press.  From there we will get a 3 rep push press and finish with a 5 rep push jerk.  All of these will be from the racks.
