We are getting into the last two days of 2015. This has been a great year of successes and PR’s! Today we will revisit the descending rep scheme from last weeks bench press. Try to go as heavy as possible for all of the sets. Afterwards we go on a straight cardio journey to the unkown(not really, only 12 minutes).
