From now until the end of the year we will be mixing up our strength work. The goal is to keep things varied and to get comfortable executing many different lifts that you just don’t see during specific strength programs. This will not be by any means random. The workouts each day will be different and strength days will not always fall on the same day. The only given is that if you show up you will be improving during that hour you spend with us. We will return to a biased strength cycle at some point. For now enjoy the change and show up as much as possible. See you there!
