The strict press is a great way to build raw upper body strength. This transfers to many things that we do. Importantly this month, it will help you to improve your handstand pushup power. Get in and press away. The second half of today we will do a 4 x 400 meter sprint workout. You will have 3 minutes to rest between so hit each 400 as hard as possible. Your score will be total time but you should record each 400 for your records.
