This will be our last deload day before we begin establishing new 1 rep maxes over the next two weeks. We have already seen everyone getting stronger and are excited to watch the PR board fill up. The PR bell is going to be ringing all week! Today’s metcon is meant to be a fast one. Sub 5 minutes would be optimal, so scale accordingly. Have a great weekend!
