Front Squat:

  • Build to a 1 rep maxpatton

Then,

3 Rounds for Time:

  • 5 Jerks(165,115)(135,95)(95,65)(55,35)
  • 10 Front Squats
  • 15 Deadlifts

This is our last day of testing 1 rep maxes from the strength cycle.  There have been a huge number of PR’s set this week!  I am sure that today will not be any different.  We will start back in January with a set strength cycle.  Until then, we will still be doing strength work but hitting some of the lifts that we haven’t seen in a while.  Hang on 2016 is almost here with lots of great things in store!
