We have some new Foundations graduates!  Remember how intimidating it was for your first wod and take some time to welcome them to our CFBC community.

Today we will be working on getting a 3 rep max for the power clean.  For it to count you have to perform three unbroken reps(don’t drop or take your hands off the bar).  This will also be a good time to continue skill transfer and positioning drills if you are new to this lift.

Workout of the Day 7/26/13:

Power Clean 3-3-3-3-3

Work up to a new 3 rep max or practice skill work.

Then,

10 Minute AMRAP:

  • 30 Double Unders
  • 10 Slam Balls(30,20)
  • 30 Overhead walking lunges (45,25)

*Post power clean weights and AMRAP rounds and reps to comments.
