Power Clean

This is going to finish out our strength cycle before we retest our 1 rep maxes.  The entire class time is going to be dedicated the power cleans.  We want you to put all of your energy into each set of 2 without worrying about an impending metcon.  In the next few weeks, we will have more days like this with all of our effort put into getting stronger, faster and fitter.
