The end of the strength week is here.  We will finish out with power cleans.  Today add 10 lbs to your original max and then use 90% of that as a working weight.  After the cleans, we will work on setting a 2000 meter row benchmark.  Stay efficient, consistent and push yourself to go a little harder than you want in those last meters.
