Snatch: 55%x1, 65%x1, 75%x1
12 Minute EMOM:
- Odd Minutes: 3 Position snatch at 65% (pockets, knees, floor)
- Even Minutes: 10 Toes to Bar
Today we will be getting into some skill and practice work for the snatch. The weights will remain relatively light with a big focus on nailing the positions and getting faster under the bar. Unless you are very new to Olympic lifts we want you to squat snatch all the reps. When we move to the EMOM, toes to bar will be added in for some additional skill work. See you there!
