20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 10 Pullups
  • 15 Pushups
  • 20 Squats

This one takes the benchmark “Cindy” and adds 5 reps to each movement. This is a great “Murph” training WOD! Make sure that you get your chin all the way over the bar for the pullups, get your chest and thighs on the floor for the pushups and pass below parallel on the squats, standing tall at the top. Rounds and reps are your mission.
