- Deadlift: 5-4-3-2-1 @80% of today’s 3 rep (not to exceed 285, 195)
- Double Under: 50-40-30-20-10
Nice job on all of the PR’s during the baseline re-test! Today we start off building up to a heavy 3 rep deadlift. This may or may not be a true 3 rep max. Once you have that established we will load 80% of that weight on the bar for our metcon. In the metcon you will begin with deadlifts and perform double unders between each deadlift round. So, 5 deadlifts/50 DU, 4 deadlifts, 40 DU… down to 1 deadlift/ 10 DU.
