Pay for your Thanksgiving Transgressions
Welcome back from the Thanksgiving holiday! I hope everyone got to enjoy some time with family and friends. We are extremely thankful for every single athlete we have at CFBC. In fact we are so thankful for all of you and care so much about your fitness, we are going to help you work off some of that Thanksgiving goodness.
The average calorie intake in America on Thanksgiving is 4500 calories!!!! I know I am a little guilty of letting my eyes lead my belly into some delicious food, and I know there are others out there like me. So in the spirit of our fellow Americans we will perform 4500 reps/meters to pay for our own and their transgressions. Enjoy……..
