“Partner Murph”

1 Mile Run (switch every 400 m)

5 Rounds:

  • 20 Pullups
  • 40 Pushups
  • 60 Squats

1 Mile Run (switch every 400 m)

As we continue getting closer to our Murph event there will be more training for it. Today you get a partner to help you take this on. The mile runs will be broken into 400 meters. The middle portion has been split up into 5 rounds. You and your partner can split up each individual movement however you like as long as you keep it in the 5 round format.
