20 Minute AMRAP:
- 5 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
- 5 Hang Power Cleans
- 5 Front Squats
- 5 Push Jerks
As we all know, 20 minutes of CrossFit can seem like an eternity. The strategy for today’s wod should be consistency throughout. The more efficient you are the more reps you will complete. The weight is light enough to just muscle through for a while but this won’t last. Start off with a pace you can finish with and crush it!
