CrossFit Games Open 11.5
20 Minute AMRAP:

- 10 Toes to bar(Knee raises)(abmat situp)
- 15 Wall Balls (20,140(14,10)(10,6)
The CrossFit Games Open will start February 26th. I will be encouraging everyone to join in and take on the wods. We have been training for the Open all year with our regular programming. From now until the start we will be hitting some of the older Open wods and focusing on movements traditionally seen in the Open. Even if you don’t plan on participating it is still functional fitness and general physical preparedness. The great thing is that the Open starts right when the Whole Life Challenge finishes.
