Build to a heavy set of:

  • 1 Snatch Balance + 2 Overhead squats

*Just like that!  (plus 2 more overhead squats)

Then,

For Time:

  • 100 Double Unders(150 singles)
  • 30 Toes to Bar (knee raise)(abmat)
  • 100 Double Unders

We will be getting in some more snatch skill transfer movements today.  From the rack, perform 1 snatch balance and then 2 overhead squats.  If you are sticking them and your form is good, go up in weight.  If not, keep working with a light load until you are comfortable and efficient.
