“Nutrition Challenge Baseline”

10 Minute AMRAP:

  • 5 Pullups
  • 10 Pushups
  • 15 Squats
  • Ground to overhead per the round (155,105)(135,95)(75,55)(55,35)

Rest 5 Minutes:

  • 1000 Meter Row for time
