10 Minute AMRAP:
- 5 Pullups
- 10 Pushups
- 15 Squats
- Ground to overhead per the round (155,105)(135,95)(75,55)(55,35)
Rest 5 Minutes:
- 1000 Meter Row for time
As we head into this year’s Whole Life Challenge we need to have a baseline workout test that can be repeated afterwards.
