Back Squat: (90%1 rep max)
- 65%x5, 75%x5, 85%x5+
Press: (90% 1 rep max)
- 65%x5, 75%x5, 85%x5+
Then,
7 Minute AMRAP
- 5 Squat cleans(155,105)(115,85)(65,35)
- 5 Over the bar burpees
We begin our next strength cycle today. Monday will be back squat and press, Wednesday-Olympic lifting, Friday-deadlift and bench press. You will use a working weight of 90% of your 1 rep max. The last set is a max effort set. You will do the prescribed reps and then rep out as many extra reps as you can. We will continue this for a 4 week cycle and then increase the weights. June is going to be a good month for us!
