3 Rounds for Time:
- 1200 Meter Run
- Rest 5 Minutes
1200 Meters is 3 laps on our CFBC track (around the building). If you can keep each lap around 1:45 you will have a 1:1 work rest ratio. For this workout, that would be ideal. If you are running a bit slower you still will get the 5 minutes of rest but your work time will be a little longer. We are very well versed in the 400, 800 and 1600 meter runs. 1200 is going to expose us to a new animal. See you there!
