NC Strength Challenge at CFBC
***There is only one class today at 9am due to the NC Strength Challenge at CFBC***
Saturday CrossFit Brier Creek is the venue for the NC Strength Challenge. Spectators are free so come out and watch the the strong men and women compete. Our very own Coach Nikki Prier will be competing so get out and cheer her on!
We will be having an outside wod starting at 9 am. Bring your burpee and running shoes!
Workout of the Day 7/27/13:
20 Minute AMRAP:
- 100 Meter run
- 5 Burpees
- 10 Squats
- 200 Meter run
- 10 Burpees
- 15 Squats
- 400 Meter run
- 15 Burpees
- 20 Squats
- 800 Meter run
- 20 Burpees
- 25 Squats
- 1600 Meter run
- 25 Burpees
- 30 Squats
Continue up this ladder until 20 minutes expires.
