Then,
For Time:
- 800 Meter run
- 5 Pullups
- 10 Pushups
- 15 Squats
- 800 Meter run
Today we finish out our deload week for the strength cycle with deadlifts. Our metcon is going to be a tuner wod for Saturday’s Murph. If you aren’t coming to Murph, I want you to sprint this as fast as possible. If you are coming to Murph, I want you to slow down the pace and just tune up for the main event.
