For Time:
- 1600 Meter run
- 21 Kettlebell Swings
- 21 Goblet Squats(front squat the kettlebell)
- 800 Meter Run
- 15 Kettlebell Swings
- 15 Goblet Squats
- 400 Meter Run
- 9 Kettlebell Swings
- 9 Goblet Squats
We will do all of this outside today. The weather looks awesome! This will be a good start to training for “Murph” season. Every Memorial Day weekend we do the hero wod “Murph” and have a cookout afterwards. “Murph” starts and finishes with a 1 mile run. In between you do 100 pullups, 200 pushups and 300 squats broken up however you like. RX is with a 20# weighted vest. This is always an awesome team building event.
