How much can you Deadlift?
The deadlift is one of the most functional movements we do. You probably perform deadlifts many times in your everyday routine. Today we will see how much weight you can pick up for one rep. Don’t throw your good technique aside to attempt more weight. When going for one rep maxes proper technique is invaluable. Make sure to keep your backs nice and flat(we will be watching). After that, we have a ladder style wod with kettlebell swings and wall balls.
This Saturday we will be having a free yoga class starting at 11:00 am. At 12:00 we will also be hosting a goal setting seminar taught by CFBC athlete Sam Payne and Coach Alexis. This is an awesome seminar! It is perfect timing to get ready for all of those New Years resolutions. Start the weekend out right with a wod, yoga and goal setting. All right here at CFBC!
