Today will be the last day of heavy 5-3-1 programming. Do your best to get through all of the reps and get some extra reps on the last sets. Today’s metcon is meant to be a sprint. Move through the movements as quickly as possible to get some shoulder to overhead reps. Your score will be based off of that.
