More Murph Training

5 Rounds for Time:
- 400 Meter Run
- 50 Air Squats
- 30 Burpees
This wod comes from the Murph Challenge website. This will be last long training wod for Murph. We did this last year on May 10th(so go check out your time). Just like the hero wod, “Murph” this one is a mental grinder. You have to just settle in and chip away at the reps. As always, we will have scales for reps and times but I would like to see everyone try to complete this. We also have our Team CFBC self defense clinic kicking off at 1 pm at Gracie Raleigh. If you would like to go and haven’t already signed up let me know or just show up. It is from 1-3 and the cost is $25. We hope to see as many teammates as possible!
