Front Squat:
- 65%x5 reps x 4 sets.
Then,
“SQT”:
3 rounds for time:
- 10 ground to overhead (95/65)(75,45)(55,35)(35,15)
- 200m sprint
Core/Accessory:
3 rounds:(nft)
- 100m farmers carry (ahap)
- 60 second weighted plank (45/25)
Today we are working on back squat and front squat again. If your legs are screaming at you, back off of the percentages a little so that you can get through all of it. It will take a couple weeks to start getting used to the volume. The metcon today was one of the Masters events at this years CrossFit Games and is a fast one. The ground to overhead can be a snatch or clean and jerk.
