Back squat:

  • 65%x5 reps, 70%x 5 reps x 3 sets.

Rest 5 minutes

Front Squat:

  • 65%x5 reps x 4 sets.
    Nice pushups!

Then,

“SQT”:

3 rounds for time:

  • 10 ground to overhead (95/65)(75,45)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 200m sprint

Core/Accessory:

3 rounds:(nft)

  • 100m farmers carry (ahap)
  • 60 second weighted plank (45/25)

Today we are working on back squat and front squat again.  If your legs are screaming at you, back off of the percentages a little so that you can get through all of it.  It will take a couple weeks to start getting used to the volume.  The metcon today was one of the Masters events at this years CrossFit Games and is a fast one.  The ground to overhead can be a snatch or clean and jerk.
