Clean and Jerk:

Then,
Climb the 7 minute ladder of:
- 2 Snatches (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
- 2 Clean and Jerks
- 4 Snatches
- 4 Clean and Jerks
- 6 Snatches
- 6 Clean and Jerks
- 8 Snatches
- 8 Clean and Jerks
- 10 Snatches
- 10 Clean and Jerks

A new week is upon us. There are already a bunch of pull-ups on the board for our first monthly gym challenge. Knock some out and help us reach 10,000 for the month! Today we get to go heavy with some Olympic lifting. Use your 1 rep max for both lifts as the guideline. If you don’t have one we will help you establish a weight that is appropriate. After the strength work we will stick with the two Olympic lifts. In 7 minutes climb up the ladder of snatch and clean and jerk.
