Monday’s are always a good day to get back on track.  This could be getting your nutrition back in order or making it a priority to make it to the gym every day this week.  Monday’s are also really busy and then we watch attendance trail off through the week.  I challenge all of you to make every day this week a fresh start just like Monday.  Fill up the classes, we can’t wait to coach you!  We will also be starting a new Foundations class this week.  If you know someone that is interested send them our way.  Also, be sure to welcome the newbies to our family.

Workout of the Day (WOD) 10/7/13:

Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5 @80% 1 rep max

Then,

7 Minute AMRAP:

  • 5 Pull ups
  • 5 Push ups
  • 5 Squats
  • 10 Pull ups
  • 10 Push ups
  • 10 Squats
  • 15 Pull ups
  • 15 Push ups
  • 15 Squats
  • Continue adding 5 reps each round until 7 minutes expires.

*Post front squat weights and AMRAP reps to comments.
