20 Minute AMRAP:clean-and-jerk-positions

  • 5 Clean and Jerks (185,135)(155,105)(115,85)(65,45)
  • 10 Toes to Bar (knee raise)(toes to kettlebell)
  • Rest 30 Seconds

Our Monday workout is a variation of CrossFit’s Team Series event 7.  We will be performing a relatively heavy clean and jerk mixed with toes to bar.  After each round you get to take 30 seconds to compose yourself and then repeat.  Stay focused on your setup and execution of the clean and jerk.  This will get very heavy going into those last minutes. Keeping your form intact will greatly help you to keep knocking our rounds and reps.
