40 Minute AMRAP:
- 30 Calorie Row
- 100 Double Unders (200 singles)
- 30 Calorie Assault Bike
- 400 Meter Run
All the cardio in one WOD! We all need to push our workout duration out from time to time. When was the last time you worked longer than 30 minutes? Probably been a while unless you are one of our amazing endurance athletes. Today you will need to be very mentally tough and just grind. Try to keep each round as consistent as possible. Starting off conservatively and towards the end giving it all you have.
