- Build to a 1 rep max

- 50 Double Unders(75 singles)
- 15 Burpees
- 5 Power Cleans (135,95)(95,65)(75,45)(55,35)
The last few weeks we have been trying to hit some lifts that we haven’t done in a while. The thruster is often overlooked as a measure of strength. It usually is built into a light metcon setting. Today we will break the mold and go for a 1 rep max thruster. This will come from the floor and we will be monitoring for the infamous “thruster jerk”. Have fun with this one!
